Description of duties:
1. Account Building: Cooperate with other colleagues to build a new media account matrix with sales conversion as the goal, including WeChat, Zhihu, Jianshu, Baijia, Wukong Q & A, Headline, and other self-media platforms, as well as financial IT media such as Tiger Smell, 36kr, and Titanium Media;
2. Content output: Independent output of knowledge dry goods original content popular and loved by users, including graphics, short videos, white papers, e-books and other forms;
3. Chasing industry hotspots: Independent output of hot content that is interesting, warm and in line with brand tonality, which can be stories, jokes or other forms of expression;
4. Brand promotion: independent output and brand-related content, not limited to brand advantages, product selling points, promotional activities, live class-related copywriting, linkage of the company's internal resources and external new media marketing channels, improve product conversion rate and brand goodwill;
5. Sales Transformation: Cooperate with other colleagues to build and improve the sales funnel from content marketing to transformation, and carry out data analysis, analyze and summarize effective laws and experiences, optimize and AB test each link of the funnel, so as to achieve excellent results and finally reach the relevant indicators of the company's communication data and sales transformation data.
Requirements:
1. Have good writing skills, have rich writing experience, have personal accounts in various new media or output articles with 100000 reading volume plus points;
2. Love writing, passionately study the minds of users, study classic cases, constantly break through themselves, dare to try and explore, and create explosive content;
3. Be familiar with user types and writing styles for each medium.

Java Technology Specialist

Description of duties:
1. Responsible for tackling key technical problems and system optimization, and assisting in solving technical problems in the development process;
2. Responsible for the design and development of the core framework;
3. Continuously optimize system performance and improve system stability;
4. Help other engineers grow better.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years development experience;
2. Solid Java foundation, in-depth understanding of mainstream open source frameworks such as Spring and MyBatis, and in-depth application and research of cache technologies Redis and Memcached;
3. Familiar with database concepts and technologies, understand technical principles;
4. Familiar with commonly used design patterns and design ideas;
5. Familiar with Linux, have certain operation and maintenance ability;
